My name is Marissa McCallam - I'm a Body & Mindset Coach, Writer and Founder of social enterprise, Centre Myself.


I created this course because I've personally experienced how much we can limit ourselves and our enjoyment of life when we're unable to say ‘No’. We can end up feeling tired, overwhelmed, maybe even resentful.


By the end of our time together, you'll feel more confident in saying 'No' to people and things that drain your time, money and energy, leaving more space and freedom in your life to do whatever YOU want with!

What is the outcome I can expect from this course?

By the end of this course, you will have identified why you have previously struggled to say 'No', understand the beliefs and reasons behind this struggle and recognise how always saying 'Yes' has affected you. Marissa will provide you with practical Mindset/Body Coaching tools to help you shift unhelpful patterns of behaviour and feel more confident in saying 'No' going forward.

How is the course delivered? 

The course is a combination of easy to follow video tutorials, journaling prompts, a small amount of physical movement and downloadable audio.

What is Body & Mindset Coaching?

Body & Mindset Coaching is all about understanding the connection between our bodies and mindset to lead a healthier, consistently happier life. You already have the answers you need inside of you, it's just you cannot always hear them. All you need is some help to discover what you want, decide how to go for it and feel like you deserve it.

Will I receive 1-1 coaching with Marissa?

Marissa delivers all of the content on the course. Although it is pre-recorded, it is designed to feel like a 1-1 coaching experience with space and questioning for you to reflect on your own personal journey. If you would prefer a live 1-1 coaching experience with Marissa, you can book a call to chat about what would work best for you.

Are results guaranteed?

Success is guaranteed by the work You put in and the commitment You make to applying the learning that Marissa offers in the course.

How much does the course cost?

Just a single payment of $47.

How long will the course take to complete?

This course is self-paced meaning you can start it whenever you want, work through it in your own time and repeat sections as often as you wish. Each video is a maximum of 20 minutes with accompanying journaling prompts which you can take as much time as you need for. One section invites you to practice an exercise daily for 30 days for a minimum of 1 minute but again, this completely depends on your preference. Remember that your journey is different to anyone else’s and the more you put in, the more you get out.

You just need to be ready to learn how to say 'Yes' to yourself...
