Marissa McCallam is a London-born writer, performer and presenter. 

As a coach, she worked on a 1-1 basis with creatives and facilitated group wellbeing workshops in partnership with arts organisations and charities. She has written articles for The Coaching Academy, One Dance UK and the Lucy Writers platform. 

After training in improvised, sketch and stand-up comedy, Marissa was invited to take part in the Funny Women Stage Awards 2025. Her writing has been shared on radio and podcast platforms, and in 2026 her play, A Month of Sundays, was performed at Medway New Voices. 

Her debut novel, Melody & Pain, will be published by Indie Novella on 23 November 2026.
