What does being confident mean to you?Is it walking into a room full of people you don't know?

Suppression of intuition can be a dangerous thing. It grates on you, steers you onto an unnatural path, one which can cause unhappiness.

At one stage I was an overweight child. Sugary tea and biscuits were used as a comforter from a young age.

I would go through spates of milestones 'getting skinny for...' weddings, birthdays, performances.

When was the last time you referred to yourself as 'idiot', 'useless', 'no good at....'? How about 'too fat', 'too lazy' or 'too old'?

What I urge you to look out for is if you find yourself at the dark end of the scale for too long. Days of sitting in a suffocating fog.
